IPS is looking for a Senior Valuer to join our team of experienced property valuation professionals.
Position: Senior Valuer
Full Time | Based in Phnom Penh
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Management of property valuation database
- Property inspection
- Report Write-up
- Property survey and research
- Market Value analysis
- Working with the Head of Valuations to identify and pursue opportunities in the Cambodia property valuation market, in particular the banking and Law sectors
Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of working experience as valuer
– Good command of speaking and writing in both Khmer and English
